I had a wonderful experience selling my house with M1 Home Buyers. Everyone I dealt with at M1 was professional, personable, and honest. But to stop there would not do their customer service justice. They understood my situation and worked with me to get through the process. I was more than satisfied. They made a very stressful situation and experience so much better, and the whole process was smooth, fair, and straightforward. They were very upfront and effectively communicated with me as the process unfolded. I would recommend them wholeheartedly, and they would be the first people I would call if I were looking to sell again.

I am so grateful I found M1 and Mike!! I'm a first time home buyer and was having buyers regret after 6 months. I was looking to sell NOW because I'm so overwhelmed.( I'm a single female trying to do it by myself). Mike answered my call and set an appt to look at my house the same day. He & Neal came and inspected the house, and actually gave me more info on repairs than any repair person I'd had over. They asked why I would sell, and listened to my concerns. From my first phone call with Terrence to my appointment with Mike, Niju and Terrence I felt relieved. I had been hesitant to make the call for a few years about my parents house but as the upkeep of a big house and big yard got harder and harder, I'm so glad I did. I called about 7 numbers; left messages, they were abrasive or just didn't seem to care about answering my questions. But every step in this process with Terrence, Mike and Niju went smoothly. They were patient and listened to what is important to me and worked with me through each step. Every phone call was promptly returned, which is a rarity these days. I have a few friends I'm going to urge to call them. I'm relieved this process is over and still surprised it went so smoothly and I'm really happy someone will be getting a great house.

Mike is such a great guy. We found ourselves in a difficult situation after my uncle passed away unexpectedly. We are in another state and had no experience with what to do.
