We decided to move out of state so we were selling our home while buying a new one in a new state. We didn’t care about making a lot of money off of our house. We just needed enough to close on our new one and repair expenses. After be completely “low balled” by another company we were leary about this type of company. Mike was amazing from day one. He was honest, upfront and patient with us. He said he would work on our time and he absolutley did. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Working with M1 Home Buyers was a positive experience I will never forget. They made me feel like family from the first phone call. When Neil came out to view my house, he treated me with the utmost respect and even helped me move a freezer that I couldn't do on my own. The offer I received was appropriate for the condition of the house and the closing date was in line with what I needed. Mike and Neil were on time for the closing and have gone over and above anything I was hoping for. I even asked that they send me a video and/or pictures of the house after the changes they want to do to it. I respect this company and that should say a lot. Mike and Niju were helpful in my experience. I was nervous about the selling of my childhood home and Mike thoroughly explained what steps would be taken, which I greatly appreciate. I was a little bummed about the Sales Price and their tardiness at the Closing, but otherwise Mike and Niju are two good guys who can help you in a pinch if you’re looking to sell your house “as is”.
